CJSC Sumitomo (SHI) Demag will present at Interplastica trade fair in Moscow from 24 until 27 January 2012the efficiency, precision and reproducibility of its IntElect machine to the international specialists. At stand FE44 the Russian subsidiary of German-Japanese manufacturer will demonstrate incomparable reliability and innovative high-tech technology in the production of precise mouldings.
CJSC Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Plastics Machinery will present IntElect 100-340 with a clamping force of 1.000 kN, which will be producing ball-point housings made of polystyrol. The mould by Ruhla Werkzeugbau will be provided by Russian manufacturer of office goods «Krita». Stationary linear robot by Sepro Robotique will be ejecting mouldings and transferring them to the conveyer belt. All the peripheral equipment is supplied by Polytekhnika, Nizhny Novgorod (Moretto).
Due to the enlarged tiebar spacing and the linear guides for the movable platen, the IntElect can easily deal with voluminous and heavy multi-cavity moulds. Having such characteristics and great productive capacities coupled with reliability, IntElect meets requirements of the European market. It`s excellent reproducibility and innovative technology make basis for zero-defects production. Drives specially developed for injection moulding machines contribute to high efficiency and dynamics. Linear guides for the movable platen and optimized cinematics of 5-point toggle guarantee best smooth running. Sensitive protection activeQ helps to protect the mould due to the tuned up cooperation of clamping force controlling and quick-response control system of the machine.
At present IntElect smart is available with a clamping force ranging of 500 up to 4500 kN.
