Arkema: Price Hikes for PA Granules

Arkema (Colombes / France; www.arkema.com) is raising prices for its high performance polyamides granules sold under the trademarks “Rilsan”, “Pebax”, “Platamid” and “Orgalloy” by 7% on average, effective 1 November 2007. The amount of the increase will vary across product lines and regions. Specialty grades will be subject to higher increases, while the rise will be lower for non-fossil, bio-based grades. /Plastics Information Europe/
