Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager ( ref. No. FM/07/AD) Job Purpose Responsible for the Management of the Construction of the Dell Factory, the establishment and Management of the Facilities Department. Responsibilities • Responsible for the Development and Management of all Facilities plant services in Dell Lodz. Including Manpower Services, Contractors, LOB’s support, Plant & Equipment, Buildings, Grounds, & Service Contracts. • Responsible for Managing both Capital and Opex Facilities budgets. • Plan and cost all EMF4 Projects and Liase with other Departments and LOB’s and Engineering groups on projects. • Responsible for Managing and Implementing all Loss control, corporate policies, Factory Mutual and LOB requirements. Responsible for Managing and Control of all housekeeping auditing, Office allocations , Moves, Environmental Recycling, projects in FacilitiesResponsible for Team building, Developing ownership and commitment from every member of the Facilities Team Education and Experience Required • 6 to 8 years Professional experience with in the Facilities role at Management level essential with relevant experience. • Must have a University Degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or Must have a high level of English .
