Health and Safety Manager (ref. No. HSM/07/AD) Menadżer do spraw BHP (ref. No. HSM/07/AD) Job Purpose This person will be responsible for Developing and implementing Safety programs in agreement with global Health, Safety and Environmental management and Site Senior Environmental Health & Safety Council. Responsibilities • Provide technical, operational and conceptual guidance to ensure complete implementation of Safety and Regulatory requirements. • Track and analyze Safety metrics and communicate results. • Benchmark the Site Safety programs with other facilities to achieve the highest performance. • Communicates Safety requirements to the organization in an effective way. • Creates Safety awareness throughout the site. • Prepares and coordinate all internal and external Safety assessments. Ensure that the Health & Safety implications associated with the introduction of any new machinery are considered and that the Safety risks associated with such are kept to a minimum. • Maintain records of all accidents, accident reports and investigations and develop and maintain reporting processes such that all with a need to know are kept appraised of the details and trends. • Ensure all new factory process and equipment meet required legislation. Education and Experience Required • Must have a University Degree in science/engineering. • Must have a Health and Safety Qualification. • Must have 5 - 8 years experience as a practicing, safety professional. • Solid background in a high volume production environment.
