Manufacturing Manager

Our client is an international company specialized in design and manufacturing of high quality components for the automotive industry. They are now looking for an experienced professional to take over the position of the Production Manager for their manufacturing facility located in South West Poland. MISSION Successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the manufacturing and overseeing of all manufacturing process. Some of the major duties will include: Managing and controlling the production, in order to achieve short and long range goals in terms of schedule reliability, quality improvements, expense control and productivity improvements. Overseeing of the manufacturing processes, quality control and customer service Definition of the strategic objectives and control of their implementation Other task as required REQUIREMENTS Some of the requirements you may need for this position include: Technical Degree in relevant area At least 5 years experience in manufacturing in Automotive or Plastics Industry Experience in similar management position or proven abilities in management of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment Sound experience in management of production processes based on injection moulding Knowledge of cost improvement through the use of Lean Manufacturing and other methodologies is an advantage Fluent English CONDITIONS The conditions offered to the right candidate correspond with the importance of this role.
