We are currently looking for: Sales Development Specialist - Poland and the Baltics Packaging & Industrial Polymers Location: Warsaw Ref no.: ag/SDS/PIP The role: The person will be responsible for maintaining existing customers and driving sales in Poland and the Baltics, pursuing opportunities identified in market research to develop new business through value selling, frequent working with packaging converters, polymer compounders and food processors, as well as others on the Central Europe and Geneva teams. The requirements: - Technical education in chemistry (ideally polymers) or mechanical engineering, - Professional experience in sales and marketing account management, - Deep knowledge of industrial sector in Poland (experience in packaging is an asset), - International business development experience, in particular in Baltic countries, - Fluency in English, any other Central European language is an asset, - High level of energy and dedication and strongly results oriented.
