Your Function: - Process & product innovation - Standardization of polymers and allied materials - Interacting with internal and external customers - Solving chronic quality issues Your Qualifications: - B.Sc or M.A.Tech in polymer and polymer processing science Your Experience: - 10 years of working in relevant field as stated in Function above - Understanding internal and external customer needs and get the thing done with optimal use of current resources - Manage vendor and strategic supplier to get best out of them - Manage “Stage Gate" process - Budgeting process - Analytical instruments and its interpretation - Extrusion process, printing process and plastic sealing/welding technique Your Skills: - Leadership - Smooth communication (talk and presentation) - Knowledge sharing - Hands on various production process - Quality conscientiousness - Customer focused - Fluent English - Flexible and adaptable (ready for frequent travel)
