SABIC® LLDPE M500026 is a high flow, linear low density polyethylene copolymer injection moulding grade with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It has been designed to have excellent low temperature toughness, stress crack resistance (ESCR), mouldability and gloss.
Typical applications.
SABIC® LLDPE M500026 is recommended for injection moulding of containers and reclosure lids. It is well suited for fast cycle, deep draw injection moulding applications, which takes advantage of its high flow properties. Also, the higher melting point of the material allows for high end-use temperature when compared with conventional polyehtylenes of equal density.
Processing conditions.
Typical moulding conditions for SABIC® LLDPE M500026 are:
Material temperature: 180 - 230 °C (355 - 446 °F)
Mould temperature: 5 - 30 °C (40 - 85 °F)

SABIC® LLDPE PCG6118NE
SABIC® LLDPE PCG6118NE is a hexene-linear low density polyethylene for healthcare applications. Films made from this resin exhibit excellent mechanical, optical and hottack properties.
Application
Typical application for SABIC® LLDPE PCG6118NE are pharmaceutical films, bags and pouches requiring higher impact strength, tear resistance, better optical performance and improved hottack properties.
Film properties
Film of 50 μm and BUR = 2 has been produced on Kiefel IBC with 140 kg/h. Die size 200 mm, die gap 2.7 mm.

SABIC® LLDPE R50035E is a LLDPE copolymer that is designed to provide excellent stress crack resistance, excellent mechanical properties with high rigidity, toughness, gloss and very low warpage. The resin contains UV stabilizer. It is recommended that SABIC® LLDPE R50035E is grinded before use in rotational moulding applications.
Typical Applications.
SABIC® LLDPE R50035E is desinged for rotational moulding of large industrial and agricultural tanks, trash containers and chemical shipping drums. Its excellent mechanical properties and low warpage makes it suitable for injection moulding applications such as screw closures, caps and housewares. SABIC® LLDPE R50035E is UV stabilised; that provides excellent protection for the final product.

Typical processing temperature for injection moulding machines: 210 - 240 °C.

Processing conditions.
Moulding cycles vary with mould composition and mould wall thickness, oven temperature and wall thickness of the part being produced. Venting of the mould is recommended. Normal cooling is satisfactory for SABIC® LLDPE R40039E.
