SABIC® PP 108MF10 is a super high impact copolymer which exhibits an unmatched cold impact resistance, high flow and excellent paint adhesion characteristics. Because of this unique and well balanced property profile our customers commonly use this material for painted car bumpers. SABIC® PP 108MF10 is a designated automotive grade.
SABIC® PP 108MF97 is a super high impact copolymer which exhibits an unmatched cold impact resistance, high flow and excellent paint adhesion characteristics. It is very resistant to UV. Because of this unique and well balanced property profile our customers commonly use this material for partially and non-painted car bumpers. SABIC® PP 108MF97 is a designated automotive grade.
A multi-purpose grade with very good flow properties, high stiffness and good impact strength. The material has a very low tendency for warpage and is suited for the production of thin wall packaging articles. Cycle times can be very short. It is formulated with a combined processing and antistatic additive package. This grade is widely applied in thin wall technical injection moulded articles and thin-walled containers, in particular where dimensional stability is important.

This very high flow grade shows a medium impact resistance, even at low temperatures, combined with high stiffness. SABIC® PP 513MNK40 is provided with an anti-staticum package. It is used for high speed processing of thin walled packaging articles like margarine tubs, ice cream containers and flowerpots. SABIC® PP 513MNK40 can also be applied for use in caps and closures, toys and housewares. This grade is also available without anti-static additives.

This grade combines an excellent stiffness with high impact resistance. It has a narrow molecular weight distribution and a low tendency to warp. Excellent flow in combination with high crystallisation speed enables outstanding processability aiming at easy mould filling and short cycle times. Due to the mentioned performance this grade is suitable for usage in several kinds of containers. The excellent high gloss level makes this material also favourable for household applications.

This grade is especially developed for pails and containers. Special characteristics of this grade are a high crystalisation temperature, very high flow in combination with medium impact performance and neutral taste & odor performance. This enables outstanding processability, very easy mould filling and short cycle times. SABIC® PP 612MK46 is formulated with a combined processing and antistatic additive package. It is also available in a general purpose additive package.

This block copolymer has a high molecular weight and is provided with a long-term heat stabilisation package. It exhibits high stiffness in combination with outstanding impact strength even at low temperatures. SABIC® PP 86MF97 is a grade which is characterised by an optimum combination of stiffness, impact resistance and flow. It is highly UV-stabilised, and therefore commonly used for exterior applications such as car bumpers. SABIC® PP 86MF97 is a designated automotive grade.
SABIC® PP FPC55 is a grade developed for the thin wall packaging market. The grade is nucleated and is characterised by excellent flow behaviour in combination with an improved stiffness to impact balance. SABIC® PP FPC55 allows for very cost efficient processing on the basis of easy mould filling, short cycle times and improved part consistency in combination with pigments. It contains an antistatic package.
Application:
SABIC® PP FPC55 is typically used in thin wall packing applications both for food and non-food segments. This includes pails & containers, yellow fats/margarine tubs and dairy cups. In de caps and closure segment, the grade could be used for thin walled spray through caps, amongst other. The grade has excellent heat deflection temperature making it particularly suitable for hot fill applications.

This grade has been developed as a new member of the SABIC® PP FLOWPACT range dedicated to the thin wall packaging market. It is nucleated and is characterized by a high crystallization temperature and excellent flow behaviour in combination with a stiffness to impact balance. This grade was designed for high-speed injection moulding and it enables very cost efficient processing on the basis of easy mould filling and very short cycle times. It has a very good antistatic performance and permits easy demoulding.
This material is typically used in thin wall packing applications both for food and non-food segments. This includes yellow fats/margarine tubs, dairy packaging and housewares. The grade has an excellent dimensional stability what is crucial for the thin wall packaging market.
